pa:paa is a bespoke luxury fashion label of the sister duo Pragati Arora – the first half of pa:paa & Priyanka Arora the second half. The sister duo are on a mission to celebrate the beautiful years of childhood with magical dresses. pa:paa enriches every little girl’s desire to dream & feel every bit like a princess.

pa:paa came to life when Priyanka was looking for a perfect dress for her daughter Akaisha’s first birthday and was underwhelmed by the available options, the Mumbai - based mum turned to her talented designer sister Pragati  who has design experience of over 22 years to create her own design. The duo realised a gap in the occasion wear space for little girls & decided to then offer a label that captured the spirit, innocence, and freedom of childhood, the essence of pa:paa shines through each exquisite piece. From the signature tutu dresses, to seasonal collections featuring perfectly coordinated hair accessories, matching Mommy & me outfits, pa:paa boys, a unique capsule collection for new borns – pa:paa mini and now a play wear brand Tot by pa:paa, this duo has come a long way!

In today’s world of generic, mass-produced fast factory fashion, knowing the provenance of your clothes is still a rare and lovely treat. The pa:paa team is actively committed to continually researching, evaluating and implementing new methods which will lead us to a more ethical, transparent, and resourceful business. As well as paying fair wages, and utilizing left over fabrics to create beautiful accessories. As such, our focus is not on producing as many items as possible, but on carefully and lovingly crafting garments that will stand the test of time, both in their classic originality, and in their quality.

 

pa:paa has been a conscious brand since its inception in 2016 each garment has embarked on a slow and considered journey from the design stage in to production in India, always with quality and longevity in mind.
